Located in southern California, this contemporary Spanish 6,000 sq. ft. home met the challenge to soften the impact of a (3) car garage in a very narrow frontage. By placing a (2) car garage back from the street curb with a lawn driveway and the third car garage adjacent to the kitchen, the entrance, with a water feature and trellis, provided an attractive entry to the home. Due to the lot size, the lap pool was designed as a reflection pool as well, and located adjacent to the family room.
