The Polo Estates
The (2) acre site provided a wonderful opportunity to design a contemporary home, (4,500 sq. ft.), as well as adequate space for exhibiting the extensive stone sculpture collection sculpted by the owner. In order to minimize the site size, (6) ft. high grass berms are strategically positioned around the home, which not only defines exterior spaces, but limits the area requiring landscape maintenance. The interior spaces look out thru glass sliding doors which allows the entire view side of the home to open to reflection pools and dining patios.
