FHP Medical Center
This 62,000 sq. ft. building located in Southern California was the first phase of a four phase medical center. Additional structures included a five story office building, a nursing center, parking structure and support facilities.

Calle Arroyo
Located in a southern California community with restrictive design guidelines requiring Spanish, Mediterranean and Early California architecture, this 15,000 sq. ft. two story office building wraps around a central courtyard with a heavy emphases on landscaping.
